The league follows a unique format. Fusion Professional Coaches Kevin Crowley and Steven Holmes run each team through an instructional practice with skills and drills every third week of the league. This breaks down to 8 weeks of hour -long games and 4 weeks of hour and fifteen minute practices with Wings players Kevin Crowley and Steven Holmes. The final week is a round robin tournament!
“We will use US Box lacrosse rules but will remove for this winter, many of the off ball contact aspects,” said Holmes. “We want to build up the game by focusing on playing fast and using exceptional stickwork.”
